What you will do:

• Perform web application and network penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and source code reviews
• Document your methodology and findings in reports to clients
• Present findings to clients in online meetings
• Conducting security research with the goal of discovering new vulnerabilities and novel attack techniques & approaches
• Create technical content based on research conducted and news from the cybersecurity world in academic publications, technical reports, blog posts, and others
• Contribute to the open source community
• Review technical content created by others
• Select and create appropriate tools to support security assessment and research

Regular and senior requirements:

• Hacker mindset – passion for cybersecurity and understanding complex systems 
• High quality of project reports, documentation and white papers
  Knowledge of web application security, APIs and web services 
• OWASP TOP 10 knowledge, ASVS knowledge 
• Ability to self-organize, create, and manage tasks that lead to common company goals 
• English – B2/C1 written and spoken 
• Residence in EEA or NATO member country

Additional requirements for senior: 

• Experience in pentesting cloud-based environments – AWS/Azure/GCP 
• Cybersecurity certifications such as eWPT, eWPTX, OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN 

Nice to have: 

• Documented public research, granted CVE, or reports/acknowledgments in bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure programs 
• Experience testing Docker/Kubernetes setups 
• Knowledge or experience with cybersecurity mesh architecture Ability to help and mentor less experienced colleagues 
• Network penetration testing or red teaming experience
• Web application coding experience in Java, C#, PHP, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or other programming languages
